WHY WAS MY PET RETURNED FROM THEIR GROOM INCOMPLETE?

The safety and comfort of your pet always comes first. If a dog becomes overly stressed, aggressive, or unsafe during the grooming process, the groom may need to be stopped early for the pet’s wellbeing.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PET IS MATTED?

Severe matting can be uncomfortable and unsafe for pets. In some cases, shaving may be necessary to safely remove matting and avoid pain or skin irritation.

Please let our team know ahead of time if your pet has severe matting so we can best service your pet.

CAN YOU GROOM MY LARGE SENIOR DOG?

Yes! We offer accessibility accommodations for senior dogs. Our grooming vans are equipped with a ramp for easy entry and exit, and our grooming tables move mechanically, so groomers do not need to lift pets and dogs do not need to jump.

DO YOU NEED MY WATER OR ELECTRICITY?

No. Our grooming mobiles are fully self-contained and equipped with their own water and power supply.

CAN I REQUEST THE SAME GROOMER EACH TIME?

We do our best to accommodate groomer requests whenever possible based on scheduling and availability. However, all Vanity Fur groomers are trained to provide the same quality Vanity Fur experience and care.

WHY IS THERE A 30 MINUTE WINDOW OF TIME FOR MY GROOMER TO ARRIVE?

Traffic, prior appointments, pet behavior, and grooming times can vary throughout the day. The arrival window helps us provide flexibility while still giving each pet the care and attention they deserve.

DO THE GROOMERS ACCEPT T.I.P.S.?

Tips is an acronym that means To Insure Proper Service. If you feel your groomer gave a great service, gratuities are always appreciated. Tipping between 15–25% is typical, and each groomer keeps 100% of their tips.

DOES THE CANCELLATION POLICY APPLY WHEN IT RAINS?

Policies may vary by location depending on weather conditions and safety. Your grooming team will communicate with you directly if weather impacts your appointment. However, our goal is to make it to your home rain or shine whenever safely possible.

DO YOU GIVE MY DOG TREATS?

WHAT IF MY PET HAS FLEAS OR TICKS?
